What is a Culinary Incubator
CCCi, a Cape Cod based non-profit culinary incubator, facilitates the food business creation process for shared use commercial kitchen operators and local food makers by providing mentorship, motivation, food industry training and capital formation expertise.
Coop participants receive exposure to a wide range of public/private partners in the fields of culinary arts, hospitality, agriculture, education, wholesale and retail commerce, government, economic development and philanthropy.
