Zox will be responsible for all day to day operations of CKC3 and will report to the company’s Board of Directors.

In accepting the position, Chef Alan Zox said: “I will miss cooking for seniors, colleagues and friends as the owner and Chef of Zox Kitchen. But I feel very fortunate to join a team devoted to artisan food and economic development here on Cape Cod. I am excited about creating kitchen space and culinary workshops that will meet the needs of culinary entrepreneurs, ’foodies’, farmers, local residents and tourists.”
Board Member and Food entrepreneur, Bert Jackson commented: “Chef Alan Zox joins CKC3 from his own company, Zox Kitchen Food Service, which has provided health conscious gourmet meals to Cape Cod residents for several years that are not only delicious, but also wholesome as a result of Alan’s recipes featuring organic ingredients.”
“Chef Alan earned a PhD from Rutgers University and attended the Culinary Institute of America. His strong educational pedigree has enabled him to work successfully as a food columnist, blogger and cooking instructor. We envision Chef Alan initiating a food workshop program here at CKC3.” added Roberta Miller, Commercial Kitchen Coop of Cape Cod Board Member.
