CCCI works to coordinate commercial kitchen facilities, where entrepreneurs have a platform to launch their food-based products in a certified commercial kitchen. We are also working towards building a Commercial Kitchen Incubator to specifically address the needs of creative food businesses. |
Education for Makers
With our workshops and those of our collaborators, we help those with culinary talent round out their skills for business, marketing and other subjects that help make a new venture successful. |
Building Community
A successful culinary enterprise requires a community of service providers, mentors, advisors, and especially the foodies who ultimately support the venture. We coordinate events to meet the makers, and provide a host of resources to help makers succeed. |
